Return and Exchange Policy
At Reet Studio, all of our garments are made to order, crafted specifically for you with the highest attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage our customers to carefully review all product details and sizing information before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit and satisfaction.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement. If your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at orders@reetstudio.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. Once we review your request and confirm the damage, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns based on fit, personal preference, or any other non-damage-related reasons. Please ensure you verify your measurements and product specifications before finalizing your purchase.
