At REETSTUDIO, each garment is crafted with precision and care, and made especially for you. As all our pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@reetstudio.com.

  • Include your order number, clear images of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference and item availability.

Note:
– Returns will not be accepted for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
– The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
